Ground Education is Growing!
October 2022— The Ground Ed team is now 20 people strong!  Our dedicated and talented crew shares the work of teaching, lesson development, materials planning, garden maintenance, community outreach, fundraising and more.  With 16 schools and nearly 10,000 elementary students in our program, this will be a record year of nature-based learning!  We couldn't be more excited.
'Tis the Season...the native plant season!
November 2022— The weather is finally turning chilly and at Ground Education, that means the start of our native planting season.  In addition to our edible gardens, we build and plant native habitats that support local wildlife, thrive in our drought-prone soil, and provide hours of exploration for our school youth.  Please consider helping us sow some seeds of green this Giving Tuesday!
